Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Amble account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • All trips you created, including their details and settings
  • All itinerary items (flights, hotels, activities) within your trips
  • All expenses and uploaded receipt images
  • All trip invitations you sent
  • Your membership in trips created by others
  • Your user profile and account credentials

How to Delete from the App

  1. Open the Amble app on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action is immediate and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and would like to request account deletion, please send an email to stephenyao95@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Amble account so we can locate and delete your data.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent — there is no way to undo this action or recover your data afterward.
  • If you are a member of shared trips, your membership will be removed, but the trip will continue to exist for other members.
  • Trips you created that have other members will be deleted, including all associated data.
  • Deletion does not retroactively affect data that other users may have saved or exported before your account was deleted.
